Cherry Morsel Corn Flake Cookies
1 cup butter, softened 1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla exract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups corn flakes
2 eggs 1 cup Log House Cherry Morsels

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and almond and vanilla extracts. Gradually add flour; mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in corn flakes and cherry morsels. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are light golden brown.
