Cherry-Craisin Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup butter, softened 1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar 1 cup quick-coating oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg 1 cup Log House Cherry morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup Craisins
1/4 teaspoon salt  

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and salt; mix well. Add flour, oats and baking soda and mix until just blended. Stir in cherry morsels and craisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
