Cherry Rice Crispy Bars
3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 (10 ounce) bag Log House
Cherry Morsels
1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
1/3 teaspoon salt 8 cups crisp rice cereal

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, marshmallows and salt, stirring until completely melted. Add Log House Cherry morsels and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add crisp rice cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula, press mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. When cool, cut into squares.

Makes about 24 squares
