Cherry Marbled Cheesecake
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 egg
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup Log House Cherry Morsels, melted
1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt (6 ounce) graham cracker pie crust

Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt wtih electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
Remove 3/4 cup of batter and place in small bowl. Stir in melted cherry chips and almond extract; mix well. Remove 1/3 cup cherry batter; set aside.
Place half of plain batter into pie crust; pour remaining cherry batter over plain batter. Cover with remaining half of plain batter. Take reserved cherry batter and place spoonfuls over the top. Cut through batters several times for marble effect.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
