Coconut - Cherry Bonbons
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons corn syrup 1 cup Log House Cherry Morsels, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla 1 (14 ounce) bag Log House Flake Coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 (16 ounce) package Log House CANDIQUIK®
- chocolate or vanilla flavored candy coating
 

In a medium bowl, combine butter, corn syrup, vanilla, salt and almond extract. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in melted cherry morsels until well blended. Add coconut and sliced almonds, kneading mixture until thoroughly combined. Roll into 1-inch balls. Melt entire package of CANDIQUIK® according to package directions. Dip coconut balls into melted CANDIQUIK®; shake off excess coating. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet to harden. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
